NS Scout is a dynamic and friendly scout club that brings young people together for outdoor adventures, skill-building activities, and meaningful friendships. We host events like camping trips, team challenges, and community service — all designed to inspire growth and fun.

Anyone who loves the outdoors, enjoys teamwork, and is eager to learn is welcome! We primarily cater to youth, but some events may be open to families or alumni — check individual event details for age requirements.

It’s easy! Just head over to our Events page, click on the event you’re interested in, and fill out the registration form. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the event details once you’re signed up.

Absolutely. All our events are supervised by trained scout leaders and volunteers. We follow strict safety guidelines and ensure that every participant has a fun and secure experience.

Once you register for an event, we’ll send you a detailed packing list specific to that trip. Common items include a sleeping bag, comfortable clothing, personal hygiene items, a refillable water bottle, and a sense of adventure!

Some events may have a small participation fee to cover meals, transportation, or materials. These details will be clearly listed in the event description. Membership in the club may be free or low-cost depending on our current programs.

No worries — just let us know as early as possible. Our cancellation policy may vary depending on the event, especially if there are non-refundable bookings involved. Check the event page or contact us directly for help.

Welcome to NS Scout! By using our website and participating in any of our events, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Event Participation

All participants must register through our official website. By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you agree to follow all event rules and guidelines.

2. Age & Supervision

Certain events may have age restrictions. All minors must be under the supervision of a designated scout leader or an approved adult volunteer.

3. Health & Safety

Participants must disclose any medical conditions or allergies during registration. NS Scout takes all reasonable precautions, but participation is at your own risk.

4. Code of Conduct

Respect for fellow participants, leaders, and nature is expected at all times. Any behavior deemed unsafe or inappropriate may result in removal from the event without a refund.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Refund policies may vary by event and will be stated on each event page. NS Scout reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Media Release

By attending our events, you grant NS Scout permission to use any photos or videos taken for promotional purposes, unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.
